		<description>I think it is always more effective to go learn a language in the country itself, surrounded by the people and their culture. This is what I did in Russia a few summers in a row. It seems a lot easier to catch on when you discover a little more about the roots and habits of the language you are attempting to learn. This is particularly useful when you want to go on to studying the language at universtity later: grammar for one makes a lot more sense once you have cought a glimpse of the mentality and ways of the country.</description>
